Throughout his career, he has been a driving force in professionalizing and systematizing nonprofit operations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency through innovative systems design.  

As a certified Corporate Social Responsibility practitioner, Nate is deeply committed to promoting sustainable practices within the nonprofit sector, advocating for responsible stewardship of resources and environmental conservation. 

Schnackenberg’s professional journey has taken him beyond borders, with significant experience in countries such as Afghanistan and Tajikistan, where he has collaborated with esteemed organizations like the United Nations, USAID, and OFDA. His diverse background and extensive reporting responsibilities have equipped him with a global perspective and a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.  

Additionally, he is a prolific author, with a portfolio encompassing both fiction and nonfiction works. Fluent in conversational Japanese and equipped with a master’s degree from the University of San Francisco, Nate leverages his sharp business acumen to drive organizational success and foster sustainable growth.
