Her impressive background includes working with Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and non-profit organizations, allowing her to offer invaluable insights into financial stewardship and organizational management. 

Currently serving as the Director of Finance and Operations at The Baldwin School in Bryn Mawr, PA, Joanne oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and systems conversions. Her dedication to ensuring financial integrity and operational efficiency aligns perfectly with our organization’s goals. 

Joanne’s commitment to giving back to the community extends beyond her professional role. As a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern PA, she not only provides strategic guidance but also actively volunteers as a mentor in the program. Her passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others is evident in both her professional and personal endeavors.
