Kelli, a compassionate individual driven by a profound desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Her journey into the medical field began with a passion for helping people, leading her to graduate as a phlebotomist from Bryman College. However, a personal tragedy altered her career path when her sister was involved in a devastating motor vehicle accident in November 1997, resulting in a traumatic brain injury that left her sister in a quadriplegic state. This experience thrust Kelli into the complex world of caregiving and special needs trust administration, shaping her perspective and igniting a newfound dedication to supporting individuals with disabilities. 

In January 2011, Kelli embarked on a journey with Secured Futures, driven by a desire to deepen her understanding of the regulatory environments surrounding the care and maintenance needs of persons living with disabilities. Over the years, her dedication and expertise have been recognized, leading to her appointment as Vice President of Fulfillment in 2019, then advanced to Vice President of Operations in 2020. In this role, Kelli leverages her keen eye for detail, industry knowledge, and strategic acumen to lead a team of professionals in the administrative support functions crucial to several national nonprofit organizations serving the Help Industry. 

Based in Phoenix, Arizona, Kelli and her team are at the forefront of driving efficiency, implementing strategic workflows, and ensuring seamless administrative support for organizations dedicated to serving those in need. Her unwavering commitment to making a meaningful impact and her dedication to excellence make Kelli an invaluable asset to both her team and the communities they serve.
