Phoenix, AZ: Secured Alliance announces Charnise Mothershed, as Chief Operating Officer. As the Secured Alliance brands evolve and expand their industry reach, Mothershed will officiate the complex transition of responsibilities. Before taking on her role as COO, Charnise gained knowledge and experience in trust regulations, trust operations, and public benefits as the Sales and Marketing Director where she educated industry professionals on Pooled Trusts through presentations and one-on-one coaching.

Charnise is an experienced, data-driven business professional and philanthropist, motivated by her passion to positively influence people’s lives. “Too often, nonprofits lack the resources needed to take a qualitative approach to understand their product and service effectiveness. Charnise is a linear thought-leader within our space, and brings a fresh, new vibrancy to the role of Chief Operating Officer,” says Nate Schnackenberg, CEO at Secured Alliance Ventures and former COO at Secured Alliance.

Mothershed’s aptitude in developing processes and systems designed to ensure long-term sustainability toward helping communities and the greater good is a key reason she was elevated to an executive role.
